Who is responsible

What we collect and why

If you contact us, we process your name, email address, message and any optional telephone number you provide. We use this information only to respond, discuss services and manage our business relationship. We do not use inquiry information for marketing mailing lists or sell it.

Providing information is voluntary. We need contact details and a message to respond to a website inquiry; you may contact us by email instead. Please do not send identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Our hosting infrastructure also processes technical information needed to serve and protect the website, such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages and browser information. Security measures may temporarily use request information to prevent abuse.

Basis for processing

Where European data-protection rules apply, responding to service requests may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract. Business communications and website security may rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. We rely on your permission for optional video loading where consent is required, and on legal obligations for records that must be kept.

Who receives information

Information is available to authorised NAVRI MEDIA personnel and service providers supporting hosting, security and communications as needed for those tasks. The website is hosted using Hostinger infrastructure. If you email our published Gmail address, Google processes that communication as our email provider. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Videos, cookies and browser storage

Portfolio videos are hosted by YouTube, a Google service. No YouTube player is loaded until you choose Allow YouTube and play. Loading a player sends information such as your IP address and browser details to Google and may use cookies or browser storage. The prompt links to Google’s privacy policy. You may decline and continue browsing.

Permission applies to that video view only. Close video or use Stop video and withdraw permission to stop the player. Withdrawal stops further loading by that player; it cannot undo information already received by Google.

Accessibility settings you choose are saved in your browser for this website. The current website does not use advertising pixels or audience analytics. Necessary features, security and administrator sign-in may use essential storage. Social-media links take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Browser tracking preferences

We do not use website inquiries for targeted advertising or sell inquiry information. The website does not perform advertising tracking across other websites. Its behaviour does not change automatically in response to a browser Do Not Track signal. YouTube remains unloaded until you explicitly allow an individual video.

If you allow a YouTube video, Google may collect information about your activity on this and other websites according to its own practices. Our website cannot control Google’s response to browser tracking signals. You can decline the video or close it to stop further loading by that player.

How long we keep information

Website inquiries that do not become customer records are scheduled for deletion from the live inquiry inbox after 12 months. Customer records or a documented legal requirement are marked for separate retention and review. We keep those records only for the applicable business or legal need.

Email correspondence and backups are separate from the website inbox. A privacy request will be assessed across the systems we control. Encrypted backups are rotated after 30 days. Access is restricted, and restoration must reapply completed erasure requests before normal use.

International processing

NAVRI MEDIA is based in Israel. The website server is currently hosted by Hostinger in Frankfurt, Germany. Our personnel in Israel may access inquiry information to respond to you. Hosting support and email providers, and YouTube when you enable a video, may process information in other countries. Applicable international-transfer requirements depend on the processing and the protections available for that transfer. Hostinger publishes its Data Processing Addendum, including provisions for relevant international transfers. Contact us for information about the providers and applicable safeguards.

Your rights and choices

The website inquiry form does not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion, object to processing, request restrictions or receive portable data where those rights apply. You may withdraw consent for future consent-based processing. Some information may need to be retained to meet a legal obligation or handle legal claims.

Send requests to navrimedia@gmail.com. Describe your request and the email address used to contact us. We may reasonably verify your identity before disclosing or deleting information. Do not send identity documents unless a specific, necessary verification method has been agreed. We respond within the time required by applicable law.

You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority, including the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or your relevant European supervisory authority where applicable.

Changes and questions

We publish changes on this page and revise its effective date. Material changes will be identified prominently on this page before taking effect.
